Viktor was a scientist that got all his work and research stolen by others, it took him a while to leave the college where he spent all his life in, then he barricaded himself in his laboratory so that no one could steal his work again.
Viktor started working and constructing new robots, while doing that he started thinking instead of making these robots that would work for humans why can't he just improve humans by turning them into robots.
After he finished his research he used it on himself by replacing 80% of his body with machines this is how viktor became what he is now.
